The Great Hospital Bishopgate

Presents a taste of the Punjab, a little hint of Norfolk raising funds for Parkinson’s UK.

Charlie Hodson, Executive Chef, seems to have found a magical lamp, and conjured up a little magic by inviting Hardeep Singh Kohli – Writer, Comedian, of MasterChef fame and lover of all things food, along with Master Chef Steve Thorpe, Vice Principal of Norwich City College and Head of Hotel School.

This trio of amazing Chefs with Charlies love of all things Norfolk, Hardeeps way of entwining both East and West with a little taste extravagance on the back of the tongue and a voice that says "I’m Scottish and proud!"– Oh did we forget to mention his sense of humour?

Bringing up the rear we have the lovely Steve Thorpe who has taught and mentored so many students at Norwich City College with stars of the present and the future. And bringing a gluten free edge to the banquet.

Service provided by Norwich City College (we needed a sensible element). With thanks to Norwich City College Hotel School. Chefs & Front of House Staff Provided by Norwich City College.
